• Time: 15 seconds first press no heat resistant sheet/10-second additional press with heat resistant sheet.
• Temperature: 300° F
• Pressure: Firm
• Peel: hot after first press

• Do not dry-clean
  Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
• Dry on low setting or hang the item to dry.
• No chlorine bleach
• Turn the garment inside out
